TO ALLOW MR. CLIFFORD "CHIP" ATKINS, BARNWELL HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASKETBALL COACH, THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED FOR HIS MANY OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS DURING HIS MORE THAN THIRTY-YEAR CAREER AS A HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACH.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That Mr. Clifford "Chip" Atkins, Barnwell High School Boys Basketball Coach, is given the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives for the purpose of being recognized for his many outstanding achievements during his more than thirty-year career as a high school basketball coach on Wednesday, May 13, 1998, at a time to be determined by the Speaker.
