A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY BULLDOGS AND THEIR COACH CY ALEXANDER AND HIS STAFF ON THURSDAY, MAY 28, 1998, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED AND HONORED ON THEIR OUTSTANDING TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS DURING THE 1997-98 MEN'S BASKETBALL SEASON, INCLUDING A MEAC TITLE, A TRIP TO THE NCAA TOURNAMENT, AND AN OVERALL RECORD OF 22-8.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives is extended to the South Carolina State University Bulldogs and their Coach Cy Alexander and his staff on Thursday, May 28, 1998, at a time to be determined by the Speaker for the purpose of being recognized and honored on their outstanding team and individual accomplishments during the 1997-98 men's basketball season, including a MEAC title, a second trip to the NCAA tournament, and an overall record of 22-8.
