AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-140, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN CHARLESTON COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PRECINCT NAMED JOHNS ISLAND 5A IS RENAMED KIAWAH ISLAND AND THE PRECINCT NAMED JOHNS ISLAND 5B IS RENAMED TOWN OF SEABROOK.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precincts renamed

SECTION 1. Section 7-7-140(A) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 278 of 1998, is further amended to read:

"(A) In Charleston County there are the following precincts:
