A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUIRE THAT WHEN THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MEET IN JOINT ASSEMBLY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE OR THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE SHALL PRESIDE AND DISCHARGE THE DUTIES OF THE PRESIDING OFFICER OF THE JOINT ASSEMBLY ON AN ALTERNATING BASIS.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That when the Senate and the House of Representatives meet in Joint Assembly the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House shall preside and discharge the duties of the presiding officer of the Joint Assembly on an alternating basis.
