TO AMEND THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BY ADDING RULE 10.10 SO AS TO PROHIBIT ANY POLITICAL CAUCUS THAT SELECTS ITS MEMBERSHIP BY RACE TO OPERATE ON PROPERTY CONTROLLED BY THE HOUSE AND TO PROHIBIT THE HOUSE FROM GIVING RECOGNITION, SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE, OR IDENTITY TO SUCH A RACE-BASED CAUCUS.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the Rules of the House of Representatives are amended by adding:

"Rule 10.10. No political caucus that selects its membership by race may operate on property controlled by the House and the House may not in any manner give recognition, support, assistance, or identity to such a race-based caucus."
