A BILL

TO PROHIBIT A MUNICIPALITY FROM ANNEXING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF CLOUDER ISLAND IN BERKELEY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no municipality may annex all or any portion of Clouder Island located in Berkeley County.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
