AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL CLOSE PERMANENTLY THE SOUTHERN ACCESS OF ROAD 43-506 AT THE POINT WHERE IT INTERSECTS WITH ROAD 43-251 IN SUMTER COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Sumter County
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding another provision of law, the Department of Transportation shall close permanently the southern access of Road 43-506, commonly known as Gwyndale Road, at the point where it intersects with Road 43-251 in Sumter County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 6th day of March, 2001.
