A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO AMEND RULE 5.19 OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES RELATING TO VARIOUS PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A REQUEST FOR GRANTING FREE CONFERENCE POWERS MAY NOT BE VOTED ON MORE THAN THREE TIMES.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That Rule 5.19c of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by adding at the end:

    "Additionally, a request for granting Free Conference Powers may not be voted on more than three times."
