AN ACT TO REPEAL ARTICLE 21, CHAPTER 7, TITLE 20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE STATE COUNCIL ON MATERNAL, INFANT, AND CHILD HEALTH ACT, THE CREATION OF THE COUNCIL AND PROVIDING FOR ITS POWERS AND DUTIES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Repeal
SECTION 1. Article 21, Chapter 7, Title 20 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 14th day of May, 2002.
Approved the 20th day of May, 2002.
