A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 6-33-75, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ASSESSED VALUE OF PROPERTY IN A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA WHEN THE PROPERTY IS ANNEXED BY A MUNICIPALITY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 6-33-75 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
