A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND AND HONOR DANIEL H. ISAAC, SR., OF MYRTLE BEACH FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE YOUTH OF HIS COMMUNITY AND STATE AS A BASEBALL COACH, UMPIRE, AND SPORTS OFFICIAL.

Whereas, Daniel H. Isaac, Sr., has faithfully and diligently served the City of Myrtle Beach and its youth as a coach in the Myrtle Beach area for many years; and

Whereas, this outstanding South Carolinian has been a key leader in the growth and development of legions of young athletes who he has guided and nurtured through their formative years; and

Whereas, Mr. Isaac has represented Myrtle Beach and South Carolina in state tournaments and has also been selected to umpire in the World Series of Dixie Youth Baseball; and

Whereas, his dedication and enthusiasm in providing supervised sports programs for the youth of his community has displayed his love for Myrtle Beach and its citizens; and

Whereas, this dedicated community leader has given unselfishly of his time and talents to improve the quality and the finer points of baseball; and

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly would like to publicly recognize and thank this truly fine man for the giving of his time and talents for such worthwhile endeavors. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly, by this resolution, commend and honor Daniel H. Isaac, Sr., of Myrtle Beach for his service to the youth of his community and State as a baseball coach, umpire, and sports official.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Daniel H. Isaac, Sr.
