TO REQUIRE THE SOUTH CAROLINA PORTS AUTHORITY TO CONTRIBUTE THE ANNUAL SUM OF FIVE MILLION DOLLARS FOR THE NEXT TWENTY-FIVE YEARS TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF THE COOPER RIVER BRIDGES PROJECT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The South Carolina State Ports Authority must contribute the annual sum of five million dollars for the next twenty-five years toward the total cost of the Cooper River Bridges Project.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
