A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 6-1-920, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS UNDER THE DEVELOPMENTAL IMPACT FEE ACT, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "PUBLIC FACILITIES" TO INCLUDE SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 6-1-920(18) of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 118 of 1999, is amended by adding:

"(i) school buildings and facilities;"

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
