A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 27, TITLE 1, RELATING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.        Chapter 27, Title 1 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
