A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE CALHOUN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, IN PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES, BE PAID FIFTY DOLLARS FOR EACH MEETING A MEMBER ATTENDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, each member of the Calhoun County Transportation Committee, in performance of his duties, must be paid from Calhoun County "C" fund revenues fifty dollars for each meeting the member attends.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
