A BILL

TO REAPPORTION THE ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH MEMBERS OF THE UNION COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ARE ELECTED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The members of the Union County School District must be elected from the following election districts:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
