A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOND OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION FOR OCONEE COUNTY SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS RATHER THAN TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bond of the Superintendent of Education for Oconee County shall be a minimum of one hundred thousand dollars rather than ten thousand dollars. The bond shall be obtained and approved in the manner provided by law.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
