A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO FIX WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2001, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ELECTION OF CERTAIN JUDGES TO THE CIRCUIT COURT AS THE TIME FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE TO MEET IN JOINT ASSEMBLY IN THE HALL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO ELECT A SUCCESSOR TO A MEMBER OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL WHOSE TERM EXPIRES IN 2001, OR WHOSE POSITION MUST OTHERWISE BE FILLED.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the Senate and the House of Representatives meet in Joint Assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, May 30, 2001, immediately following the election of certain judges to the circuit court for the purpose of electing a successor to a member of the Legislative Audit Council whose term expires in 2001, or whose position otherwise must be filled.
