A BILL

TO CREATE A JOINT INTERSTATE COMMISSION BETWEEN NORTH CAROLINA AND SOUTH CAROLINA TO STUDY AND MAKE FOR INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF THE CATAWBA-WATEREE RIVER BASIN, TO INVITE THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA TO JOIN THE COMMISSION, AND TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE COMMISSION'S WORK.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The Catawba-Wateree river basin shall be studied as follows:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
