TO COMMEND THE 2002-2003 DORMAN HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMIC TEAM OF SPARTANBURG COUNTY FOR ITS COMMITMENT TO ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND TO CONGRATULATE THE TEAM ON WINNING THE AMERICAN SCHOLASTIC COMPETITION NETWORK NATIONAL TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.

Whereas, winning a national championship has been a goal of the Dorman High School Academic Team for several years; and

Whereas, superbly coached and inspired by Mr. Eric Huff, and Ms. Sheila Wiernicki, and supported by their principal, Mr. Jerry Wyatt, the Dorman High School Academic Team won its first national title by capturing the American Scholastic Competition Network National Tournament of Champions in Chicago, Illinois; and
