To whom was referred a Bill (S. 310) to provide that the bond of the Superintendent of Education for Oconee County and the Oconee County School District Superintendent of Education shall be a minimum of one hundred thousand dollars, etc., respectfully
That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass with amendment:
Amend the bill, as and if amended, in SECTION 1, line 24, by striking /one hundred thousand / and inserting / five hundred thousand /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.

TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOND OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION FOR OCONEE COUNTY AND THE OCONEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS RATHER THAN TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bond of the Superintendent of Education for Oconee County and the Oconee County School District Superintendent of Education shall be a minimum of one hundred thousand dollars rather than ten thousand dollars. The bond shall be obtained and approved in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
