A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO DR. VASHTI K. WASHINGTON, PRINCIPAL OF MT. ZION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3, 2004, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECOGNIZING HER ON BEING NAMED "RURAL EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR FOR 2002-2003".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives extend the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives to Dr. Vashti K. Washington, Principal of Mt. Zion Elementary School, on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of recognizing her on being named "Rural Educator of the Year for 2002-2003".
