TO CONGRATULATE MR. E. N. "ECK" MILLER OF YORK ON BEING CHOSEN TO RECEIVE THE FOOD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA (FIA OF SC) LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD AND TO WISH HIM CONTINUED SUCCESS IN THE FUTURE.
Whereas, Mr. Eck Miller has been chosen to receive the Food Industry Association of South Carolina (FIA of SC) Lifetime Achievement Award; and
Whereas, FIA of SC members are food processors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and academic departments throughout South Carolina, whose purpose is to promote, develop, and assist the food industry in South Carolina as an association; and
Whereas, to receive the FIA of SC Lifetime Achievement Award is a prestigious honor and Eck Miller's selection as the recipient is not merely an honor for himself, but also for the people of South Carolina who benefit from his devotion and dedication to the food industry here in the Palmetto State; and
Whereas, we are pleased to have this opportunity to accord special recognition to one of South Carolina's outstanding citizens and we commend Eck Miller on his dedication and commitment to the food industry of South Carolina. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, congratulate Mr. E. N. "Eck" Miller on being chosen to receive the Food Industry Association of South Carolina Lifetime Achievement Award and wish him continued success in the future.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Eck Miller of York.
