To whom was referred a Bill (S. 105) to repeal Section 56-1-475, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to a person's authority to operate a motor vehicle when, etc., respectfully

A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 56-1-475, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO A PERSON'S AUTHORITY TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN HE POSSESSES A VALID OUT-OF-STATE LICENSE ONCE THE PERIOD OF SUSPENSION OF HIS SOUTH CAROLINA DRIVER'S LICENSE HAS EXPIRED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 56-1-475 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
