TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR TO THE STUDENTS, COACHES, AND SCHOOL OFFICIALS OF THE SPARTANBURG HIGH SCHOOL TRACK TEAM AT A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER TO CONGRATULATE THEM FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING WIN OF THE 2006 CLASS AAAA TRACK CHAMPIONSHIP, AND TO HONOR THE ATHLETES AND THEIR COACHES, GLOVER SMILEY AND SHAY RICE, ON AN EXCEPTIONAL SEASON.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend the privilege of the floor to the students, coaches, and school officials of the Spartanburg High School Track Team at a date and time to be determined by the Speaker to congratulate them on their outstanding win of the 2006 Class AAAA Track Championship, and to honor the athletes and their coaches, Glover Smiley and Shay Rice, on an exceptional season.
