TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR TO THE PLAYERS, COACHES, AND SCHOOL OFFICIALS OF THE LAURENS ACADEMY FOOTBALL TEAM AT A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER TO CONGRATULATE THEM ON THEIR IMPRESSIVE WIN OF THE 2006 SOUTH CAROLINA INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION EIGHT MAN STATE CHAMPIONSHIP, AND TO HONOR THE PLAYERS AND THEIR COACH, TODD KIRK, ON AN EXCEPTIONAL SEASON.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend the privilege of the Floor to the players, coaches, and school officials of the Laurens Academy Football Team at a date and time to be determined by the Speaker to congratulate them on their impressive win of the 2006 South Carolina Independent Schools Association Eight Man State Championship, and to honor the players and their coach, Todd Kirk, on an exceptional season.
