To whom was referred a Joint Resolution (H. 3960) the Department of Transportation is directed to change all highway directional signs in the highway rights-of-way under its jurisdiction in Horry County from "Waccamaw Pottery", which is, etc., respectfully
That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IS DIRECTED TO CHANGE ALL HIGHWAY DIRECTIONAL SIGNS IN THE HIGHWAY RIGHTS-OF-WAY UNDER ITS JURISDICTION IN HORRY COUNTY FROM "WACCAMAW POTTERY", WHICH IS NOW CLOSED, TO "HARD ROCK PARK".
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Department of Transportation is directed to change all highway directional signs in the highway rights-of-way under its jurisdiction in Horry County from "Waccamaw Pottery", which is now closed, to "Hard Rock Park".
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
