DIRECTING THE OFFICE OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HOUSE GROUNDS THE STATUE OF BENJAMIN RYAN TILLMAN.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Office of General Services of the State Budget and Control Board is directed to remove from the grounds of the State House in Columbia the statue of Benjamin Ryan Tillman.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
