A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO FIX WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2010, AT 12:00 NOON, AS THE TIME FOR ELECTING SUCCESSOR MEMBERS TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMMISSION FOR SEATS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 WHOSE TERMS HAVE EXPIRED.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the Senate and House of Representatives meet in Joint Assembly in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at 12:00 noon, as the time for electing successor members to the South Carolina Consumer Affairs Commission for Seats 1, 2, 3, and 4 whose terms have expired.
