A review of this bill indicates there will be no direct impact on the General Fund of the State or on federal and/or other funds.

A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 FOR THE FUNCTIONS AND FUNDING OF CERTAIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT MATTERS.

Amend Title To Conform

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The provisions of Section 6-27-50 of the 1976 Code for fiscal year 2009-2010 are suspended.

SECTION 2.    Notwithstanding other provisions of this joint resolution, for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 fiscal years, counties of this State may transfer among appropriated state revenues as needed to ensure the delivery of services.

SECTION    3.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
