A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 57, TITLE 40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS, SALESMEN, AND PROPERTY MANAGERS, SO AS TO REVISE THE CHAPTER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 57, Title 40 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"CHAPTER 57

Real Estate Brokers, Salesmen, and Property Managers

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
