REPORT:

Has polled the Concurrent Resolution out majority favorable.

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE PALMETTO GIRLS STATE TO USE THE CHAMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ON FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2020.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That Palmetto Girls State is authorized to use the chambers of the South Carolina Senate and House of Representatives on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., for its annual legislative activity. If either the Senate or the House of Representatives is in statewide session, then the chamber of the body in session may not be used.

Be it further resolved that the State House security officers shall provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with previous procedures.

Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the South Carolina Senate and House of Representatives' chambers by Palmetto Girls State on these dates.
