To whom was referred a Bill (H. 4006) to amend Section 2.b. Of Act 167 of 2020, relating to an increased limit for certain off-premises sales, so as to extend the increase, etc., respectfully

TO AMEND SECTION 2.B. OF ACT 167 OF 2020, RELATING TO AN INCREASED LIMIT FOR CERTAIN OFF-PREMISES SALES, SO AS TO EXTEND THE INCREASE UNTIL MAY 31, 2022.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 2.B. of Act 167 of 2020 is amended to read:
"B. This SECTION is effective upon approval by the Governor and expires on May 31, 2021 2022."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
