VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
A bill
TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 2-17-150 RELATING TO THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR PROSECUTING LOBBYING VIOLATIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 2-17-150 of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
