A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-80, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF PUBLIC BODIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF A PUBLIC BODY PREPARES ITS MINUTES IN SUMMARY FORM THEY MUST BE ACCURATE AND IF THEY ARE NOT, THEY MUST BE CORRECTED WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS OF THEIR ORIGINAL RELEASE.
