    A Bill to amend Chapter 5 of Title 7, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-5-158 so as to require all public high schools, colleges, and universities to make voter registration forms available to the students, and to provide for the return of the forms to a county board of registration.
