    A Concurrent Resolution to fix Wednesday, April 11, 1990, at 12:30 P.M., as the time for electing a successor to the Honorable Ernest A. Finney, Jr., Associate Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court, whose term expires July 31, 1990, a successor to fill the remainder of the unexpired term of the Honorable Jonathan Z. McKown, resident circuit judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, who is retiring effective May 7, 1990; and successors to the Honorable James A. Spruill, Jr., family court judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Seat 3, and the Honorable Thomas B. Barrineau, Jr., family court judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Seat 2, whose terms expire June 30, 1990.
