    A Bill to amend Act 295 of 1989, relating to the repeal of the provisions of law which established the Newberry County Park Commission, so as to provide that the powers, duties, and functions of this Commission as of the time of its repeal are devolved upon the governing body of Newberry County, and the assets and liabilities of the Commission are transferred to the governing body of Newberry County.
