Summary: Migratory birds, unlawful to hunt with certain shotgun, exception and penalty; Fish and Game, Weapons
    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SPECIAL HUNTING AND FISHING PROVISIONS, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-13 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO HUNT MIGRATORY BIRDS WITH A SHOTGUN CAPABLE OF HOLDING MORE THAN THREE SHELLS, UNLESS IT IS PLUGGED WITH A ONE-PIECE FILLER THAT IS INCAPABLE OF REMOVAL WITHOUT DISASSEMBLING THE GUN, SO ITS TOTAL CAPACITY DOES NOT EXCEED THREE SHELLS; TO DEFINE "DISASSEMBLING THE GUN" FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION AND FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES IN THIS STATE; AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION.
