A Bill to amend Section 27-37-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to service of a rule to show cause why a tenant should not be ejected from a rented premises, so as to delete the requirement that the premises remain unoccupied for fifteen days before a copy of the rule is served by leaving it affixed to the most conspicuous part of the premises and to provide for a warrant of ejectment to be served in the same manner.
