    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-7-160, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY FOR PERSONS PREVIOUSLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE BARBERING IN ANOTHER JURISDICTION TO BE REGISTERED IN THIS STATE, SO AS TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM TIME THE PERSON MUST HAVE BEEN LICENSED AND ACTIVELY PRACTICING BARBERING IN THE OTHER JURISDICTION FROM TWO YEARS TO ONE YEAR.
