    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-6430, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN USE OF A CHILD RESTRAINT DEVICE IS NOT REQUIRED, SO AS TO REMOVE THE EXEMPTION FOR FEEDING A CHILD OR FOR A CHILD WITH A MEDICAL PROBLEM AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE EXEMPTION COVERS A CHILD BEING TRANSPORTED WHO IS IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY SITUATION.
