    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-9-185 so as to provide that any person certified by the State Fire Marshal to service, install, or repair a particular type or brand of automatic fire extinguishing system is entitled to service, install, or repair any other type or brand of automatic fire extinguishing system upon request of the owner of the system.
