    A Concurrent Resolution to direct the State Highways and Public Transportation Commission not to employ a permanent Deputy Executive Director of the Department of Highways and Public Transportation until July 1, 1993, or thereafter so that the General Assembly during its 1993 session may consider legislation restructuring the executive branch of state government including the Commission and the Department.
