    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 41-18-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS USED IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA AMUSEMENT RIDERS SAFETY CODE, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "SERIOUS INJURY" TO INCLUDE DEATH, IMMEDIATE INPATIENT HOSPITALIZATION, FRACTURES, AND DISFIGUREMENTS, AND TO REQUIRE THE OWNER OR LESSEE OF AN AMUSEMENT DEVICE TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF ALL INJURIES SUSTAINED AND TO MAKE THESE RECORDS OPEN FOR INSPECTION BY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION.-AMENDED TITLE
