    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to revocation or suspension of driver's license, so as to provide that multiple periods of suspension run concurrently and to provide the procedure for license reinstatement; and to amend Section 56-1-745, relating to suspension of driver's license for conviction of a controlled substance violation, so as to provide that if convicted of an offense mandating suspension of license while holding a special restricted driver's license then the special restricted license is revoked and the remaining time for suspension under this Section is imposed.-amended title
