H 4225 General Bill, By Koon and Rhoad
    A Bill to provide that an organization which registers hunting or toy breeds of dogs in this State and requires puppy litter enrollments and assigns an individual permanent identification number on each puppy shall not require any additional registration papers if the identified dog is retained by the original breeder or original kennel; and to prohibit the South Carolina Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources from permitting or licensing a field trial or bench show sanctioned by a national registry organization which requires any additional registration on a dog owned by the original breeder or kennel.
