A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 6-11-350 so as to authorize the governing body of a public service district which provides only sewer services and a majority of which is located within the corporate boundaries of a municipality to transfer its assets and liabilities to a municipality upon the assumption by the municipality of the responsibilities of the district and a favorable referendum of the qualified electors of the district.
