    A Concurrent Resolution by the Charleston County Delegation urging that the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation construct a ramp leading from the Pearman Bridge as an overpass to provide commercial motor vehicle traffic access to Highway 17 South and Interstate 26 and urging the Department to eliminate commercial motor vehicle traffic through residential neighborhoods immediately and provide an alternate commercial motor vehicle route through the perimeter of the residential neighborhoods.
