A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-63-65 so as to provide that beginning with the 1994-95 school year, all students of any middle or high school of this State shall wear identification badges which include their picture and which identifies the student as being currently enrolled in that school, and to provide that these badges must be provided to all students without cost and are considered the property of the school issuing the badges.
